Our Story 

We have a passion for traveling, experiencing the world’s cultures, and exploring unique real estate properties. In 2018, we bought our first AirBnb (in the Gulch) as a way to share these passions with others. There was only one problem-we couldn’t find a management company that shared our values. We decided three principles would be vital to our enjoyment of AirBnb ownership and success.

  1. Relationships First - Property Owners and Managers should have a relationship that supersedes a financial transaction. To realize maximum return on an investment property, you might own it for several years. A property manager should be someone you enjoy speaking with and a person who you are comfortable entering a multiple-year relationship with. They should share your vision for the property and help you attain it.

  2. Enlightened Hospitality - Unlike the hotel industry, the AirBnb experience doesn’t include a checkin desk or in-person concierge. A management company must create a warm and thoughtful experience in the digital age.

  3. Asset Protection - Houses. Are. Expensive. A single piece of real estate will often represent a significant portion of an investor’s portfolio. A management company must recognize this and protect the property (and sometimes the brand) of the owner as if it were their own.

Unwilling to compromise on these principles, we created our own company: Maven Destinations. We hope you’ll join us on this journey.

  • Ashley Lamb

    FOUNDER

    A Nashville native, Ashley has served as a Realtor in the market for over 14 years. As an agent, she has advised her clients through more than $250 Million in real estate transactions in the greater Nashville area. Her personal investments include single family rentals, land, and STR properties. She brings an intimate knowledge of the market to her investors, local insight to our guests, and serves as the face of the Maven hospitality team. In her free time, you can find her riding horses on her farm outside of Franklin.

  • Andrew Lamb

    OPERATIONS & REVENUE MANAGEMENT

    Andrew is a 10 year Veteran of the Air Force with a degree in Aerospace/Rocket Engineering. He brings wide-ranging experience leading military operations worldwide, organizations over 1,000 people, and he’s overseen over $2.0 Billion in military assets. His strong analytical background and deep organizational expertise provide the foundation for the team’s day-to-day operations and revenue management. Outside of work, Andrew can often be found at nearest golf course or Rolling Stones concert.

  • Cora Bennett

    Marketing & Hospitality

    Cora is a recent graduate of the University of Alabama where she studied Marketing and Real Estate. Cora is a licensed Realtor in Alabama and Tennessee and she happens to also own her own digital marketing firm! With significant experience in social media marketing and natural southern hospitality, she oversees our guest-facing Marketing and Hospitality operations!

  • Allison Ellis

    PRINCIPAL BROKER

    Allison moved to Nashville 15 years ago after graduating from WKU in Bowling Green, KY. She currently serves as the Principal Broker for Maven Real Estate where she brings nine years of experience serving buyers, sellers, and investors in Nashville and the surrounding markets. Her personal investments include single family rentals & STR properties in Nashville & Gatlinburg, TN. Allison loves spending her free time with family, friends & her greyhounds (Rage & Queen), taking on interior design passion projects, and cheering on the TITANS. She can often be found enjoying the local Brentwood parks.
